So being a global traveler since I was in my teens on my own has forced me to stay in some crazy places.Today I give you some of the cheapest, coolest places I have stayed around the world.

When I and my friend Richard got from Bangkok tired we just went to the cheapest place on the strip in the old city. Not a bad chose thought. We got the place to our selfs almost . 2 rooms on the top floor. Had my own room, Paid 6,500 Baht for a full month.
I have been here a few times, this is the place you come to get your Thai Visa renewed. This city is hot and has the feel of a frontier town . The hostel I stayed at was nice, cant remember so I will just show you the hotel where I stayed a few months ago.Great location for visa runners. Safe walking distance to Thai Embassy .

The Green Tortoise Hostel
I have stayed here many times over many years , was my stop off when I was a Commercial Fisherman in Alaska . This place is right downtown, across from the farmers market . In the heart of the city . Cant say anything bad about it .
